Cleaning
Our hotel quality cleanings do not cut corners. We provide a special focus on thorough cleanings in bathrooms and kitchens where guests make the biggest mess. We sweep, mop, dust and assure the unit is left in top shape. It's all about attention to detail - no cutting corners, no bad reviews.
Laundry
If laundry is available on the premises, we wash and dry all linens and pleasantly arrange them in the unit.
Quality Checks
We regularly send supervisors to the units after cleanings in order to hold our cleaners to a certain level of cleanliness and catch slip-ups before they become bad reviews.
Communication
We keep in touch with you about the condition of the unit upon arrival. If anything is broken, stained, or missing we will let you know and send proof. Additionally, we let you know if any essential products/supplies are needed.
Add-On Services
In addition to our turnover cleaning, the following services can be added to help streamline your vacation rental.
Cleaning Supplies
We purchase and continuously restock our special kit of cleaning supplies. You won't have to worry about cleaning supplies ever again.
Inventory
We keep track of all supplies onsite and send hosts reports of what needs restocking, available as a one off or monthly service.
Restocking
We continuously take inventory and restock household supplies. We offer the clients the option to choose the products or to use of vacation rental supply kit.
Towel and Linen Switch-out
We bring clean linens and towels with us when we arrive for the turnover and then take the dirty ones with us. We can provide our own linens, or use ones provided by the client. It's as simple as that.
Maintainance
We look out for and document any maintenance needs. If we cannot fix it, we find one of our trusted local professionals to get the job done.
Guest Communications
We communicate with your guests from booking to checkout to make sure they have everything they need.
