  • Our Packages

    Full Management - 18%

    This package consists of top to bottom management of the listing and facilities including guest concierge, regular property inspections, quality checks for turnover cleanings, management and marketing of the property, and coordination of cleaning and maintenance services.

    Virtual Cohost - 17%

    Similarly to full management, this package includes management and marketing of the property along with guest concierge. However, this is a purely virtual service. While we can coordinate with other service providers, no property inspection or on-site services are included.
